- To notify you when early access to Cooveb Organizer Pods opens
- To send you onboarding information and product updates related to the waitlist

We use the following third-party services to operate this waitlist:
- Resend — to send confirmation and waitlist update emails
- Google Sheets — to store waitlist entries securely
- PostHog — for anonymous pageview and interaction analytics (EU servers). No personally identifiable information is sent to PostHog.
- Vercel — to host this website
We do not sell your data to any third party.
5. How long we keep your data
We retain your name and email for as long as the waitlist is active, or until you request deletion. Once early access is fully rolled out, waitlist data will be deleted or anonymised.
